– Paul Howard – Treasurer’s report, update on fire/dust management issue, status of H&H building sale
– Greg Whitaker – Shop relocation committee progress report
Officer elections will be held at the February 12th meeting
– Susan J. Van Loon Runnoe has indicated that she would be willing to serve as president.
– Additional candidates for the role of president are encouraged to step forward at the February meeting.
– Candidates interested in the Treasurer role and Secretary position are asked to step forward also.
– If you’d be willing to share one of the officer roles, please let everyone know at the meeting.
– Club by-laws are attached.

Show & Tell
– It’s Valentines Day weekend and some of us must have made something for our sweethearts. Bring your gifts for show and tell and briefly describe what you did.

– Shop Relocation Committee will meet for 30-40 minutes to discuss next action steps. All are welcome to join this committee.
FEBRUARY PROGRAM – Equipment Maintenance
Wood lathe maintenance needs to be a routine habit. This essential practice can be quick and will keep your wood lathe up and running for years to come. Regular wood lathe maintenance reduces and eliminates problems and makes our lathe operate like new again. In an ideal world, we should schedule regular wood lathe maintenance at intervals long before issues arise. We will discuss routine maintenance, common issues and how to deal with them. Please bring your questions and be ready to discuss your good habits.

Note: The Fire Marshall is reviewing the shop at H&H for safety. Until H&H completes discussions with them, we are unable to do any turning in the facility.
Please bring a donation for our Raffle, such as a wood blank or a tool you no longer use.
