Registration Open for Rudy Lopez Demo and Workshops
Thanks for giving us all the positive feedback about inviting Rudy to our club. In response, we’ve booked him for the weekend of October 11-13th, during which he will show us how to make the top two projects that registrants request. Early votes are high for Turning Goblets, End-Grain Vases and Winged Bowls. Both workshops and demo day will run from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a short break for lunch. Workshop fee – $125 Demo Day fee – $40

Workshop 1 – Friday, October 11th
Demonstration Day – Saturday, October 12th

Workshop 2 – Sunday, October 13th
If needed, Workshop 3 – Thursday, October 10th

Registration Open to LSW Members Until August 20th
We’re changing up the way we’re doing registration for these events so we can have a solid headcount by September 1st. LSW members will have the first opportunity to fill Rudy’s workshops. On August 21st, we’ll open registration to the public and nearby AAW members–wouldn’t it be great to fill a third workshop with fellow woodturners from other clubs?

Please send your total payment to arrive no later than August 20th. We’re accepting checks and PayPal. With your payment, please include a note with the name of each registrant, their 1st and 2nd choice workshop dates and a contact phone number. We’ll make every effort to register you on the workshop date you prefer, but if it’s filled, will register you for your 2nd choice.
